Q: What is Dad’s Day and Mom’s Day?
A: There are two parent and family weekends, both hosted and planned by CAC:
Campus Activities Council. While honoring dads and moms, both weekends have activities for the entire family; moms, dads, siblings, grandparents, the whole family is welcome! Dad’s weekend is in the fall (November) and Mom’s weekend is in the spring (March or April). All activities are free and open to the public with the exception of U-sing and Scandals (student variety shows.) Q: What is the Sooner Parents Football Ticket Promotion?
A: Each summer we work with the Athletic Ticket Office to offer members-only access to select home football games tickets. Seats are reserved in the north end zone “parent section” for Sooner Parents to purchase. Tickets sell at the going rate, are limited and available on a first come first served basis, and all your tickets will be seated together. Detailed instructions will be sent to members and are posted on the Sooner Parents home page when promotion is live.
Q: I am having trouble ordering football tickets, I have questions about the tickets, I am having problems logging on the soonersports.com website, did my payment go through or can I get a refund?

Q: When can my student apply for Sooner Parents Scholarships?

Q: Where can I find out if my membership has expired?
A: At the time of expiration you will receive an email notification and a letter through the mail. If you think you may have missed our correspondence feel free to email Tschuster@ou.edu
Q: I just joined Sooner Parents, how long until I get my membership cards?
A: During the busier seasons it can take up to 4-6 weeks for your membership to be processed and get to your home. However as soon as you receive your email confirmation from the OU Foundation you are considered a full member and can participate in any ongoing promotions.
